VPN IPSEC and NAT

Hi, I have a problem/doubt on how to do the correct configuration for this scenario: In site A with Cisco ASA there are client computers that need to reach the servers and other systems/equipment in site B with Sophos UTM. I have already created an IPSEC VPN between the 2 offices, everything OK, the networks on one side reach those of the other side. However, I have a network that has the same IP addressing on both, so it overlaps, how should I configure this one to make it pass through the tunnel? The network that must be reached on the Sophos side, among other things, contains the most important systems such as mail servers, domain controllers, etc.
