Need advice on Datalink L2 configuration

We have a datalink L2, to communicate site A and Site B.
On the Sophos site (site A), we receive the ip automatically, and can ping to gateway.
On the site B, we have a unifi UTM (unifi UDM pro), we already make the firewall rule to able communicate with ping to the wan interface, and put the ip manually with same range like site A, but from site A, can not ping site B.

The ISP say that link is open, and I can do anything, because is the L2 datalink 10/10Mbps.

Anyone have some idea, how make possibly have communication from this site?

May I clarify if what you want is to establish a site-to-site connectivity on the two sites mentioned? Did you try building a VPN tunnel over the two sites?

Also, if this is an implementation activity I may recommend you to also reach out to your local Sales Engineer or Sophos Partner. I believe they could be of guidance on this type of engagement.

May I clarify if what you want is to establish a site-to-site connectivity on the two sites mentioned? Did you try building a VPN tunnel over the two sites?

We need to make the communications possible via that point to point L2 link.

The reason that we choose this type of link, the ISP warranty the configurations on that type of link is not hard.

We did not choose the VPN Tunnel, because we have two different device 1 is Sophos XG, other UDM Pro.

We must configure the communications on this two device.

We already talk with Sophos engineer, the case number is: 06811220

Hi,

We manager to send other sophos to site B.

We try to do the configurations point to point with two sophos XG.

I'll let you know if i done successfully.
