error on opening LiveLog window on UTM 9 SG135

Hello 

When i open the LiveLog on my UTM 9 every time the following error window pops multiple up:

Can't use string ("0") as a HASH ref while "strict refs" in use at /wfe/asg/modules/asg_logging.pm line 2260.

i tried via ssh to rebulid the DB without any success.

 

what can i do ?

  • Hallo Rolf and welcome to the UTM Community!

    I suspect that you will need to get some config backups off your 135 and re-image from ISO.  Before you do that, get a ticket open with Suppot to have them tell you that re-imaging is your only solution.  Please let us know the result

    I hope this is not the only solution. I am in Switzerland and the SG135 stays in France.

    I talk first with Sophos Support and our external experts.
