Hi Benoit,
Please show us associated smtp.log for the Email that is rejected and make sure the file type is not added in the block file extension in SMTP / malware section.
Note: Always upload the back-up from previous firmware after an upgrade. Any help with that?
Thanks

Hi Benoit,
Please change in Email Protection - SMTP - Malware - Malware scanning - from 'Dual scan' to 'Single scan' and change the AV engine from Sophos to Avira in Management - System settings - Scan settings - Single scan engine.
Any help?

I've tried the smtp changes, but same problem for incomming and outgoin mails.
The Same here, but Only PDF, docx and xlsx are ok.
I'm going to try in Email Protection - SMTP - Malware - Malware scanning - 'Single scan' and change the AV engine to Avira in Management.
Just see that if you change to Avira, Sandstorm will be desactivate....
So It's not a good solution.
Now i have disabled the quarantaine for unscannable content, because all in and outgoing bills in PDF are blocked.
But this is not the way why i use a high end security appliance. I hope this Bug will be rapaired quickly.
Hi All,
We are aware of the issue (NUTM-6747) and looking into this with huge priority. No ETA for the fix. A workaround as of now is to use Avira Engine for scanning.
Thanks
