Executive Email Not Being Sent.

Salutations,

All of a sudden I stopped receiving the executive reports to my yahoo.com email address. Upon checking the logs I see the error message BOUNCED. Also now the wireless password of the day is also in "WAITING" status.

I have not changed any settings whatsoever.

I have no idea where to look next.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi Bobby,

Upload the old backup file on UTM. If that doesn't resolve the issue, post the required logs.

The old backup file didn't resolve the issue.

Please tell me what logs you need and I will upload them for you.

The portion of the SMTP log where the attempt was made to deliver to you@yahoo.

You can see in real time what responses your UTM gets from Yahoo from the command line:

telnet mta5.am0.yahoodns.net 25

EHLO yourdomain.com
MAIL FROM:<do-not-reply@fw-notify.net>

RCPT TO:<you@yahoo.com>

QUIT

If this is a home installation, your ISP may have begun blocking port 25.

You are absolutely correct.

My ISP has now started blocking port 25.

Let me workaround this issue and I will get back if I have any issues. I'm guessing I shouldn't once i change this SMTP port.
