Executive Email Not Being Sent.

Salutations,

All of a sudden I stopped receiving the executive reports to my yahoo.com email address. Upon checking the logs I see the error message BOUNCED. Also now the wireless password of the day is also in "WAITING" status. 

I have not changed any settings whatsoever. 

I have no idea where to look next.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

  • The portion of the SMTP log where the attempt was made to deliver to you@yahoo.

    You can see in real time what responses your UTM gets from Yahoo from the command line:

    telnet mta5.am0.yahoodns.net 25

    EHLO yourdomain.com
    MAIL FROM:<do-not-reply@fw-notify.net>

    RCPT TO:<you@yahoo.com>

    QUIT

    If this is a home installation, your ISP may have begun blocking port 25.

  • You are absolutely correct. 

    My ISP has now started blocking port 25. 

    Let me workaround this issue and I will get back if I have any issues. I'm guessing I shouldn't once i change this SMTP port.
