Automatic replies being blocked by UTM?

I have numerous automatic replies being held in the mail spool. They've all come from legitimate users from our domain in response to mail being sent to our users when they are on holiday.

Not sure why it's being blocked although in the from field it has <> and not the email user so maybe that is something to do with it?

    What does the SMTP log reflects? I suggest you to create an exception for your domain in UTM.

  • Louis, both Sachin and I assumed you meant the Quarantine, but you mean the mail spool, don't you?  If that's the case, open the SMTP Live Log, release one of the mails and then show us the log lines for it.
