Just upgrade to iview3 and straight away we are missing search engine reports. They are showing no results even though the 3 UTM's (latest firmware) we have all show the searches in their logs.

I am yet to try iView3 but did you have the same configuration on the UTM with iView2? Alongside, is decrypt and scan defined in the UTM?

Verified as a BUG, reference ID NCR-2730. Fix arrives in iView v3 MR1.

Is there any updates / progress on this specific issue?
I've just installed iView V3.01.1 and have added our SG UTM V9 that is running the latest firmware. From the UTM directly I can see search engine results however from iView there is no data showing?

I got the same problem since upgrading to 9.5, currently on 9.503-4, Still on SIVOS 02.00.0 MR-2, wanted to collect data, but now noticed that no activity has been recorded since UTM has been upgraded.
What should be done to resolve this?
