RMA Procedure


Please, I need to claim for device return as the one I have is damaged by Lighting, but it validity is within the offered warranty !

Please advise as I can not access the link to create a new support case !

    i am not a lawyer, but a damage by lightning is your own risk as owner of the device and never covered by any warranty. You could claim this with your insurance company.

    You would have to buy a new box, then.
