red 50 offline provisionierten Entsperrcode verloren

Hallo,

habe beim testing im homelab durch unachtsamkeit (zu frühes löschen der offline provisionierten red auf einer anderen firewall) den hinterlegten entsperrcode der RED verloren

mit dem aktuell angezeigten onlinecode bekomme ich folgende meldung

red_server[2075]: command '{"data":{"message":"Failed to apply device config: Invalid unlock code to unlock 'offline' deployed device to 'offline' mode"},"type":"DISCONNECT"}'

gibt es eine option seitens sophos den offline code zu recovern?

Red-ID habe ich aus Datenschutzgründen noch nicht angegeben, würde ich bei möglichlkeit aber nachreichen

    If you have a UTM backup from when the RED was working, open the backup file in Notepad++ or similar and search for unlock.  That should show you the current and previous unlock codes.
