Automatic BackUp IS NOT WORKING

Do you have a internal mail server or external mail server?

We dont have any onpremise Email Server.  Our Email was hosted by Google

So how can I forward configuration from UTM to our valid email.

You can see the SMTP logfile if there is any rejection from google servers.

Open live log of SMTP, then send the backup (do not wait one week or custom period)

What I see, your ISP is blocking port 25. (SMTP)

In this case you have to configure "SMTP upstream host" and configure a valid email, login and port for UTM. This is under "Notifications" section.

Or ask your ISP to unblock outgoing port 25 (always if you have static wan IP,  you cant contact google servers with Dynamic IP)

Here's a trick that a customer tried and it works perfectly.
