Automatic BackUp IS NOT WORKING

Hi Sophos Community

Good Day

I have noticed that we havent received any Backup Configuration from Sophos UTM.

I already followed these KBs https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/115189, https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/115187.

Does we miss some configurations to make this happen?

  • In this case you have to configure "SMTP upstream host" and configure a valid email, login and port for UTM. This is under "Notifications" section.

    Or ask your ISP to unblock outgoing port 25 (always if you have static wan IP,  you cant contact google servers with Dynamic IP)
