Automatic BackUp IS NOT WORKING

Hi Sophos Community

Good Day

I have noticed that we havent received any Backup Configuration from Sophos UTM.

I already followed these KBs https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/115189, https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/115187.

Does we miss some configurations to make this happen?

Bob suggestion should work.

Go to your google account and review access because google blocks it. After that put a wrong password to your webadmin interface to see whats happen

After I tested for notification, in SMTP Log i saw this:
relay=smtp.gmail.com[64.233.184.109]:587, delay=3.4, delays=0.75/0.78/1.8/0, dsn=4.7.14, status=deferred (SASL authentication failed; server smtp.gmail.com[64.233.184.109] said: 534-5.7.14

Resolved:

Sign to your Google account and click the links below

Go here and enable access for "less secure" apps: https://www.google.com/settings/security/lesssecureapps

Then go here: https://accounts.google.com/b/0/DisplayUnlockCaptcha and click Continue.

For "notifications" it works, you have to try for backup

What about "Notifications"

If the procedure is correct, the notifications will be visible to your inbox.

Put a wrong username in webaddmin to test it.

In the first screen, if you put a wrong username you should get an email notifications in gmail account
