problem with installing office

I have UTM 9 in my company and when I try to install office it stuck in 3% as it shows in the attached image, the thing is when I add the device's IP to

( Definitions & users > Network Definitions > Exception ) it works fine, I want to allow the whole network to be able to install office without doing the procedure I mentioned before.

I tried everything with Firewall rule and Application control rule but it didn't work, so what can i do??

Hello,

do you use the webfilter (Proxy)?

Tthen you have to define the exceptions there, not in firewall rules and/or application filter. Look at the article Raphael Alganes already mentioned.

Please show us screenshots of "Webfiltering", "Web FIlter Profiles" and your "Filtering Options", here espscially your exceptions.
You can paste the screenshots directly here in the editor, no need for external links or other things.
