I am an Admin User for our UTM firewall. We have 2FA turned on for all Admin users. I get the QR code and add my profile to the Sophos Authenticator app. From there I cannot login to the Portal. EVER. I have deleted my token on the Admin portal, changed my password and tried in multiple browsers. We are just frustrated and lost at this point.
Any suggestions of settings that we have wrong or logs we should be looking at would be very helpful.
