Hi,
At work I have an sg210 and for around 2 hours cpu usage was high (100%) I noticed it cause it was effecting the internet, as a quick fix I rebooted the utm and it went back to normal.
Firmware version : 9.715-4
Is there a way to know what happened ?
Also lately (around 6months) I have been experiencing slow response occasionally when changing options, page doesnt load and I have to refresh the page and relogin

Thank you for reaching out to the community, how often this happens ? Have you observed any specific pattern or at certain time intervals ?
I'd recommend also to raise a service request, so that an engineer can thoroughly inspect the logs on the appliance.
