Cisco drop connection to UTM

Hi all.
Lately my users start complaining about small drooping of connections every now and then.
We have a new Cisco router (4431) which connected to my ISP in one port, and to my UTM in the other port.
the UTM is a soft release on a Dell server with 8 ports.
While pinging from the Cisco to the UTM I'm getting some ping drops:

Mm-Router#ping 90.118.21.10 repeat 20
Type escape sequence to abort.
Sending 20, 1000-byte ICMP Echos to 80.18.221.2, timeout is 2 seconds:
!!!!!!!!!!.!!!!!!!!!
Success rate is 95 percent (19/20), round-trip min/avg/max = 1/1/1 ms

Vice versa is OK.
Intrusion Prevention is off, and ICMP enable.

Any idea?

Thanks
Goldy
