Sophos UTM 9.6x. after manual update and scheduling update. it reboots and does not install

You are currently running Version 9.510005, but Version 9.600005 is required for this up2date package.

You also need to upload the u2d-sys-9.510005-600005.tgz.gpg if you update from 9.510 to 9.601

I do not see  u2d-sys-9.510005-600005.tgz.gpg in the list:

When I try to upload either 9.51005-605001 OR 9.60005-601005, I get this error:

" You are currently running Version 9.510005, but Version 9.600005 is required for this up2date package."


Can someone help me get this VM upgraded?

Would this prevent me from updating? I am licensed for Endpoint Antivirus. But this is what it shows at top when on Up2Date Config. page:

"Licensing Info - Some features are disabled as you either do not have a relevant subscription or the relevant subscription has expired!"

But the Up2Date log does not state anything about a license issue:

That was my problem;

I removed both those files and re-uploaded 'u2d-sys-9.510005-605001.tgz.gpg' again. Then the upgraded and it upgraded successfully. Thank you!
