Sophos UTM 9.6x. after manual update and scheduling update. it reboots and does not install

current version 9.510-5

device: SG210

I did it once (apply update immediately) it rebooted. no version change.

 

then I upload the up2date file again. scheduled it. time passed and still no version change

    yeah. oops. I downloaded u2d-sys-9.600005-601005.tgz.gpg which is the wrong one then

    I do not see  u2d-sys-9.510005-600005.tgz.gpg in the list:

    When I try to upload either 9.51005-605001 OR 9.60005-601005, I get this error:

    " You are currently running Version 9.510005, but Version 9.600005 is required for this up2date package."


    Can someone help me get this VM upgraded?

    It will still not upgrade. It is giving an erroneous error asking for the file ver. which I am submitting:

    Would this prevent me from updating? I am licensed for Endpoint Antivirus. But this is what it shows at top when on Up2Date Config. page:

    "Licensing Info - Some features are disabled as you either do not have a relevant subscription or the relevant subscription has expired!"

    But the Up2Date log does not state anything about a license issue:

    Hi Lee and welcome to the UTM Community!

    You shouldn't have a 9.601 Up2Date on your UTM.

    Show us the result of the following command:

    ll /var/up2date/sys

    That was my problem;

    I removed both those files and re-uploaded 'u2d-sys-9.510005-605001.tgz.gpg' again. Then the upgraded and it upgraded successfully. Thank you!
