RED don't working after 2 days

Hello,

we have installed one RED 15 Rev.1. The first two days the red worked fine. Now, since one week, the RED doesn't connect to the UTM SG, actual Firmware.

What can we do?

Thank you

Best regards,

Uwe

  • Hi DKKDG,

we have made a short Video from the LED's, unfortunately the Video is 4 MB, so we can't attach.

    First Power is on.

    LAN 1 is on

    WAN is on, blinking

after a short time System is blinking

    System is on

    router is blinking

after a short time Internet and tunnel si blinking, too

System, router, Internet and tunnel is blinking one after another

then all four LED's are blinking simultanously, System LED in red

    after a short time LAN1, LAN2, LAN3, LAN4 blinking simultanously,

    then LAN1 is on again

    We tested:

we take the cable from the WAN-Port and attached the cable with a Notebook. The Notebook got an IP-adress and reach the Internet.

    Best regards,

    Uwe

  • Hi Uwe,

did you get any entries in the RED log?

Otherwise try to restart the RED service by disable and enable the RED function if possible.

  • Hi DKKDG,

on the UTM in "Live Log: RED" SELF: (Re-)loading device configurations.

On the RED the four LED's (System, Router, Internet, Tunnel) are blinking from left to right and back since two hours. We think we have a hardware-Problem?

    Best regards,

    Uwe
