Did you register using the same email address that you have here on the Community? If yes, I've checked and confirmed that your Support Portal account is already approved. In this case, kindly reach out to our support team via phone so they can assist you further with your Support Portal log in. The numbers are listed on the Support Portal page under "For Critical Cases".
