Can login to sophos portal

Question

Hello, I'm trying to log into the support portal with the Sophos ID under which all our devices are registered. However, I keep getting redirected to the registration page.

 Did you register using the same email address that you have here on the Community? If yes, I've checked and confirmed that your Support Portal account is already approved. In this case, kindly reach out to our support team via phone so they can assist you further with your Support Portal log in. The numbers are listed on the Support Portal page under "For Critical Cases".

 Thank you for reaching out to us. To use the Sophos Support Portal, you need to register first. Registration links a Sophos ID to your Support Contact record.
