Try to add AP to SSID: There is an Access point that does not support this SSIDs frequency.

Hi all,

In central / wireless, i've configured a simple SSID and try to add an AP6 420 .
Got the message
"There is an Access point that does not support this SSIDs frequency."
AP is configured for Germany (2,4 + 5 GHz)
Where is my error?

  • ok, AP's are prepared, but offline currently.
I asked the customer to try to connect one.

  • Did you check the KB above? There could be LLDP in place or something reports the AF Mode to the Access Point.

    I forwarded the KB article.
