Sophos DNS issue

I'm in beta test for Sophos dns protectio, in this case. i got a issue with dns resolver to one of domain. i have my own domain with erp.myrs.in ip and my ip address should be 111.92.14.222, when I'm using Sophos dns server ip address getting deferent ip address. pls check and resolve.

    This is normally a problem of your DNS provider, who deploys his DNS database to the other ISPs. This is top down. Nobody cares about public DNS database on its own, it is all transferred from uplevel DNS servers to down level DNS.

    if i check with public DNS 8.8.8.8, its getting my own ip like erp.myrs.in (111.92.14.222). but if i check with Sophos DNS servers getting deferent IP address. like below

       it seems that the domain is categorised as Parked Domain and getting blocked based on your policy. if you want it to be whitelisted, you can tweak the policy category you have configured to allow parked domains. Other option is to whitelist the domain by creating a Domain list myrs.in if you want to always trust it

    Domain is whitelisted, now Its working fine.
