Office 365 not working after apply web policies

Hi,

I'm new on Forum and with Sophos XG Firewall. I'm having some challenges.

I’m applying a WebPolicy to a firewall rule:

When I do so Outlook for Office 365 users keep connecting and disconnecting (not transferring emails) and Skype lose connection. When remove the webpolicy everything works fine.

On the logs Viewer, just show “Invalid Traffic” “Denied” “FW rule 0”.

Can you please help?

Anwar,

try to disable the micro-app scanning from console:

system application_classification microapp-discovery off

and try again.
