Problem Connecting to Yahoo Mail with SFOS XGS107

Question

I'm facing this error while trying to access yahoo email. The page loads and then suddenly no internet connection. When I isolate the SFOS Firewall, all yahoo mails are working perfectly. But now when I plug in the FW to the LAN, yahoo mails not working again.

Firewall - XGS 107
Firmware - SFOS 21.0.0 GA-Build169

Hello, thank you all for the responses The issue was resolved yesterday by Sophos Engineers after raising a complain. Solution - We downgraded the TLS engine from 1.3 to 1.2. With this TLS will decrypt traffic so that servers and clients that don&rsquo;t support TLS 1.3 will use TLS 1.2, while those supporting TLS 1.3 will still use it.

Hi, 
 your exception is specific to yahoo mail, yahoo mail uses other urls which will not be picked ups by your exception. 
 Please try a trace route to mail yahoo to see which server is used. You could also add an entry in hosts and services for * yahoo com to see what additional services are used.

have you tried to enable the option: 'Use web proxy instead of DPI engine." and check if that helps resolve the situation.
