firmware SFVH (SFOS 20.0.2 MR-2-Build378) - RED ISSUE

i have a problem with red configuration after new firmware SFVH (SFOS 20.0.2 MR-2-Build378)   

 when i create a new red interface the red server Uplink IP: n/a  or the red client Uplink IP: n/a  

the connection between red server and red client not stable

    now i stile have a problem , i make the red server in the other side and  as show below

    TO Test the sophos red server port 

    i use https://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/

    Remote Address 

     
       Use Current IP
    Port Number  

     Port 3400 is closed on 41.239.127.175.

    for be noted i use sophos firewall xghome and make DMZ in my router on my wan card to access any red port service 

    and that problem i have only when i update to the latest firmware

    kindly be noted that i steal have problem with the red connection 

    i have sophos xghome in site A - and make RED server on it and i have ddns on it that use on the client site 

    and make dmz in my isp router as WAN MAC ADDREES to access the red service port 3400 

    but when i try to check port by any port checker site with my ddns name and port 3400 that show to me the port is closed 

    and in the network interface shown offline

    please note that problem happened after new sophos installation in new firmware as below

    i try to make Local service ACL exception rule  as below configuration

    • the local server ip

    Add new item

    • #Port2   - wan port   and make DMZ on router

    I don't think the home licence supports RED.
