captive portal for wireless network, no working.

I have configured the captive portal of a wireless network created on the Sophos firewall to have access to the internet. The SSID of this wireless network is broadcast by a UBIQUITI access point. However, the captive portal does not work on this network. Do you have a solution to suggest to me please?

there are not firewall rule policy that drop the DNS request trafic. can you give me another answer that fix this issues please ?

Hello,

Are you able to browse the captive portal manually on Wireless network?

Also if you share us the traffic flow and IP schema with the firewall rule details in DM can help.
