I have a Sophos Home that has lost its admin password. I only have access via the central system and through an administrator account, but I want to recover the main access. Is there a way to do this?

We tried using Putty via SSH but when I enter the RESET password as requested on the second attempt it does not go to the menu that appears.

You should access console in order to perform this: https://support.sophos.com/support/s/article/KB-000035990?language=en_US
Connect a monitor and keyboard to your physical setup (since this is a Sophos Firewall Home) and then you should be able to perform the steps above as outlined on the KBA.
