Thanks for your answer. I don't understand why I've to do a "manual" update... since V17.5 till now, I always upgrade with a simply click on button. It's my problem, or firmware V.20 doesn't support normal wizard installation?

The firmware release follows a standard update process:  Firewall Firmware Release Process and Timeline 

But you can always download the firmware manually and update at anytime.

Ah, ok. On Sophos support site, I read the yellow message "Important note about SSL VPN compatibility for 20.0 MR1 with EoL SFOS versions..." than I thought I was late with the installation! I can simply wait the update will be rolled out for our XGS 136 firewalls, right? Thanks

Yes, you can wait until "Available to All" Phase where at that point, firmware updates should be released and available to all firewalls.
