Email Notification is not working in Sophos XGs v20.0

I tried to configure the email notification for any config changes but somehow It's not working. Getting email has been accepted by device and queued for scanning. Then failed after sometime. Please help me to fix this issue. I have followed the steps which were given here using external SMTP server of Gmail
