Help Needed: Sophos XGS3100 Website Browsing Issue with Dual ISPs

If you are facing issue with particular website not working check with plain firewall rule without restriction for your system for tshoot. If with same rule website is not working might be issue with ISP or DNS.

Hi pranto  Thank you for reaching out to the Sophos community team.

Please validate the current "Load Balancing" status via the below-console command:

console> show routing wan-load-balancing

If it is not set to "connection-based ip-family all" then set it with the same and confirm the status of the above reported situation.

console> set routing wan-load-balancing session-persistant connection-based ip-family all

Note: Please note down the current settings before you apply the above command, so if you want to revert it to the original one it can help and the safer side may take the current configuration backup before any changes.

I just stumbled over several typos in that KB document, I will write them up in a several thread.

To my surprise, I found it hard to directly report this kind of errors. This should be much easier, nobody has the time to report in "product documentation feedback" as needed there.

Hi PhilippRusch I have checked with the team internally on this, unfortunately as of now no direct way to report such an error from KBA itself or with any other methods apart from Product Documentation Feedback. To review the "typos" I have submitted a request to the KBA team and will inform you once an update is done.
