Hello, hope you are well.
I know I have probably missed something, but I wanted to create a rule as I was troubleshooting a web application issue (Sky GO App), but when I went to create the rule, I noticed a lot of rule entities and services were greyed out. I am sure I am missing something or not setup properly. Am I using a default rule/setup somewhere? Any help would be appreciated?
