Preview of quarantined emails in User Portal no longer possible

I have expressed myself somewhat imprecisely.

The customer gets the quarantine summary by email, there is no problem.
He also goes to the User Portal -> Email -> Quarantine and sees the quarantined emails.
The customer claims that some time ago he could click with the mouse on a quarantined email and then see the content of the email in a separate window and then decide whether he really wants to release the email.

I think I remember such a possibility as well.

Unfortunately, I can't provide a screenshot because all customer firewalls are on at least 18.5.2.

But I just tested it with the UTM, there is the function...

I'm afraid that the customer remembered the times when he still had the UTM... in the XG/XGS this seems unfortunately no longer to give, that is of course a pity.

I can recommend to look into Central Email, as this is possible in Central Email. 

Self-Service in Central has even a Emergency queue, which shows you the current Spooler, if the Exchange is unreachable, still giving the customer the power to review all his emails while resolving the problems.

Do we as MSPs have a way to run this for multiple customers, so is this multi-tenant?

CEMA is a product for a Central Account. So if you launch a tenant for a customer, it can cover the domain of this customer as well.

I hope you are not using one single UTM for your entire MSP Business? 

No, we still have a few customers with UTMs but mainly XG and XGS in use at the customers' premises. So everything is good!
