Preview of quarantined emails in User Portal no longer possible

Hello Community,


a customer of ours told me that the preview of emails which are in quarantine is no longer possible in the User Portal. There is only Delete and Release (and now also Release and Report as false positives).
Has this feature been removed?

  • Unfortunately, I can't provide a screenshot because all customer firewalls are on at least 18.5.2.

    But I just tested it with the UTM, there is the function...

    I'm afraid that the customer remembered the times when he still had the UTM... in the XG/XGS this seems unfortunately no longer to give, that is of course a pity. Cry
