Preview of quarantined emails in User Portal no longer possible

Hello Community,


a customer of ours told me that the preview of emails which are in quarantine is no longer possible in the User Portal. There is only Delete and Release (and now also Release and Report as false positives).
Has this feature been removed?

  • I can recommend to look into Central Email, as this is possible in Central Email. 

    Self-Service in Central has even a Emergency queue, which shows you the current Spooler, if the Exchange is unreachable, still giving the customer the power to review all his emails while resolving the problems.
