Preview of quarantined emails in User Portal no longer possible

Hello Community,


a customer of ours told me that the preview of emails which are in quarantine is no longer possible in the User Portal. There is only Delete and Release (and now also Release and Report as false positives).
Has this feature been removed?

    I have expressed myself somewhat imprecisely.

    The customer gets the quarantine summary by email, there is no problem.
    He also goes to the User Portal -> Email -> Quarantine and sees the quarantined emails.
    The customer claims that some time ago he could click with the mouse on a quarantined email and then see the content of the email in a separate window and then decide whether he really wants to release the email.

    I think I remember such a possibility as well.
