Included in V19.0 GA.

I was not able to get a good answer on that point, I am still missing emails that do not appear in the log, sometime appear in my email accounts and are not correctly identified as spam, using Imaps.

FIXED IT: I edited the failover rule -- changing nothing -- and saved it and the gateway came back up.
Before that I'd checked, per your advice, and there were no pings going out from the XGS. Kicking the failover rule fixed it. After kicking the failover rule, I now see two pings going out each minute with a payload of "Connectivity Test".
Reports have not improved in accuracy.
Still displays data for 48 hours even though the report is for 24 hours. There is more if anyone is interested?

Is there a case tied to this missing email issue?

So the story goes on. Wrote the issue to the contact address, but Sophos won't give me support, as I am a home user.
But I do not need any support. I tried to submit an error, that I received and that I can confirm under multiple (even customer) accounts.
Sophos, you have a weird sort of humor.
So I told them to have a nice day. Next time I'll find some bugs in their product, I know what to do ... Sell them. ;)
