API to delete user

I am trying to use the API to remove users but it doesn't seem to work.

I get the result below but the user remains on the firewall still:

The XML code i'm using looks like this:

Where am I going wrong?

    Hi Sophos User3446,

    Please navigate to CONFIGURE--->Authetication --->Users, Select the user you want to delete, and click on Delete on the top right-hand side option available 

    If you are not able to delete the user please share the error message you are getting on GUI to assist you further.
