Firmware 17.5.10 compatibility in SFM

Can we get an ETA on compatibility for firmware 17.5.10 and 17.5.11 in SFM?  As of now they do not show up (SFM v17.1.2 MR-2).

This doesn't appear to affect existing systems that were upgraded.  But it's most certainly causing an issue with new systems added.

    Hi Keyur,

    I appreciate the response, but having a look at the information I did post would be helpful before asking one to review a KB.

    I have reviewed this KB and the picture I uploaded is of our instance of SFM and the compatibility tab.  The firmware versions are not there to enable compatibility, so how do I follow the KB?  This isn't isolated to just our instance either, this is a problem for numerous folks.

    Better yet, why not make the compatibility files available for download somewhere so we can manually update?  I guess I will need to waste a resource and open a ticket for a common issue affecting numerous installations.
