Firmware 17.5.10 compatibility in SFM

I appreciate the response, but having a look at the information I did post would be helpful before asking one to review a KB.

I have reviewed this KB and the picture I uploaded is of our instance of SFM and the compatibility tab.  The firmware versions are not there to enable compatibility, so how do I follow the KB?  This isn't isolated to just our instance either, this is a problem for numerous folks.

Better yet, why not make the compatibility files available for download somewhere so we can manually update?  I guess I will need to waste a resource and open a ticket for a common issue affecting numerous installations.

I certainly understand the point you are trying to make and apologies for the inconvenience caused to you. Please allow me some time to check and if you are going to open the service request, please PM us the service request number. Please also refresh the compatibility page in the SFM and verify.

The 17.5.10 and 17.5.11 are present but not sorted alphabetical. You have to search lower in the list, as shown there: 

Thank you so much.  I don't know how we missed this.  I've been over the list numerous times, even going back to v15 to see if it was somehow sorted incorrectly.

I feel dumb now...but glad I know where it is!
