Web Email (gmail/ymail) is blocked after blocking social media especially Facebook

I'm having problems blocking social media. Whenever I create policy to block facebook, gmail and yahoo mail will be blocked as well.

I've been dealing with this since last month and tried everything but never find any solution.

They say it's a firmware issue. I recently updated my firmware to the latest one but still encountering same issue.

Anyone here?

    Can you please elaborate or share the ScreenShots what you were doing to block FaceBook. 

    Or if you want to just block the facebook please create a firewall rule at the Top Select "Drop"and on Destination select the FQDN of facebook. 

    Hope it works. Sometimes trying to make lil things complicated makes it difficult to deal with.
