Hi Oscar,
Please help me with the following information:
1. Where was the KeePass file created?
2. I believe you are using Spanish or Portuguese version, does the password have any Spanish or Portuguese characters in it?

Hi,
1. I created on mi PC, I've a lot of passwords I wanted to use in the smartphone.
2. Yes, I'm spanish, so the titles of some entries have spanish characters (not the users/passwords).

Hi Oscar,
I tried to recreate the issue replicating your environment and it works fine for me. I am just wondering if this KBDX file was created with older version of KeePass (1.32/33) and continued with the latest version 2.36. Are you using any other Sophos Products like Sophos Encryption? (may be the KBDX file is encrypted and thus causing this issue).

Hi,
I started the KDBX with an v2.xx, not dure exactly what, but I can confirm that it was 2.x
Sophos Encryption is not one of my products, I'm not using encryption software.
So, do you discard the Spanish characters relation?

I found something, I exported the data to a FF HTML file, and imported again to a New Database with the same name but different compression, now with AES.
Now Sophos opens it, but, I have only the entries with an URL (others were not imported) and I lose so many icons.
EDIT: The Firefox export doesn't save passwords so is not a solution :(

Hi Oscar,
Just to investigate further, please help me with the following:
1. Do you have any bitmap images?
2. Do you have any bigger files in it?
3. What is the size of the file?

1. Bitmap as attachment? no. Bitmap as icon could be.
2. Bigger files no, I always try to use only text.
3. The KDBX is 330KB
