Problem with tablet

I went to configure my Sophos security and the privacy advisor told me to get a pin code. This tablet (most probably) didn't have a pin code option and i was unaware of it until after i set up my pin code I restarted my tablet and it wont let me unlock it. After i do the slide with the finger it does nothing. Could you please help me? Im using a Flytouch 3/Superpad 3. Model is Sawee10. Thank you for your help

    Hello,

    Sophos Mobile Security does not provide this lock function. We do only point to the operating system menu to activate it.

    So what you are encountering is not a Sophos Mobile Security issue, but an operating System one where Sophos cannot help.
