pass word

I have installed sophos on my mobile SAMSUNG GALAXY. The problem is that SOPHOS asks for a pass word I don't know. The pass word I gave doesn't work at all. So I cannot reach the applications of my mobile.
what can I do ?

Hello,

please note that the app protection password is not the same as the login pin.

You could also use the recovery key to deactivate the app protection.
