After upgrading my Nexus 4 to Android 4.3 it's now constantly displaying a message at the bottom of the screen whenever any app is running saying "Oooooops! I crashed, but a report has been generated to help my developers fix the issue!". It took me a while to find that Sophos Mobile Security was the cause of this (I can see it restarting continually in the 'Running Apps' section of Settings), and oddly it only appears to happen when I'm not using wifi. Given this is a phone though, that happens to be most of the time :-|
Clearing the cache and reinstalling the app hasn't made any difference - before I go through all the faff of factory resetting my handset, has anyone else had the issue? Is it just me, or is there something about 4.3 that Sophos isn't happy with? If the latter, can I suggest the error message is changed to actually say it's Sophos that's crashing? It does have the habit of appearing over every app window making it not as easy as it should be to see what's actually causing the never ending stream of messages.
Thanks.
