Hello everyone,
i'm currenty testing the Container solution for our Company.
I added the Container Policy to the Secure Mail App, now im getting the error "A server error has occurred. The server certificate is classified as untrusted. (SUP302)."
I didn't find anything related to that error (SUP302). Does anyone nows a solution to that?

Are you getting this error on an Android or iOS device? And is this affecting a single or multiple devices? Can you also confirm which part you're getting this message? Is it right after launching the Secure Email?
If you're using Wi-Fi connection, I suggest trying to use another network or mobile data and see if it gives you the same error.

sorry, needed to add more information.
It happens on every iPhone we have, It happens when i try to update the Mail tab. And it happens in every Wifi i'm connected to (or mobile data).
When i launch the app the error does not appear. We do not use Androids.

Hi Gladys , i found the error! I had the checkbox "Use System CA-List" checked in "Policies > My Container Policy > Work email". After unchecking the box it worked.
