SMC-App has no location permission

Hello,

 

we have a problem on multiple devices.

The SMC-App shows an compliance violation.

In details is shown that the SMC-App has no locaton permission.

After tap on "fix" there is only a notice that we should go to settings > privacy > location services.

But if we do, there is no SMC-App on the list. Other apps like camera, maps, wether etc. are there.

We are running iOS 11.2.5 / 11.2.6 and SMC-App ver. 8.0.0.85

Our SMC Server-Version is: 8.0.5 (rev 12970)

 

Can anybody help?

Same problem with SMC-App 8.0.1.132 and iOS 11.3

    As a Super administrator, you will have to edit the Sophos Mobile Customer which is affected by this issue and where that device is registered.

    Do check if those checkboxes are enabled. if they are disabled, enable them, save the customer let the SMC app synchronize and check if the issue persists.
