Under Settings > Deployment when I try to upload the Tenant CSV file I get an error at the bottom of the screen "Something went wrong; Please try again later." This happens for both the Windows and Mac CSV file.

Hi Greg, our logs are showing extra unsupported columns in the file. This could be erroneous logging, but we'd need an example to determine either way. Would you be able to send me an example of both your Mac and Windows .CSV files? If so, please email them directly to me at elias.collins@sophos.com.
We installed the plugin yesterday and got the the logout issue. Am trying to upload the tenant CSV now and getting "CSV Validation Error for Windows CSV" and "CSV Validation Error for MAC CSV" both with 45 rows of issues - I will PM the CSVs if that helps. We are on-prem running VSA 9.5.0.27, Sophos Kaseya VSA Cloud Module v1.3.0 using the latest version of Firefox v. 77.0.1 (64-bit) - here is a sample screenshot from the Windows upload, same thing for Mac but for the title. In reviewing the CSV, Sophos (for reasons only known to Sophos) messes up the name and somehow part of the customer name field ends up in column 2 and (sometimes 3 & 4!) throwing all row data off by a column. What is causing that for Sophos and how to fix going forward???
That said, I fixed the 45 rows in BOTH files :( - and the received the 2nd screenshot below), and now I am at a stand still

Hi I'm getting this on the SAS version of VSA.
Sophos Application Version 1.4.2

Please can you help?
Hi Geoffrey, are yo referring to the message concerning the extra commas on the .CSV file import? If so, this is typical if the tenant name has commas. You can change this in your PDB by changing the display as name for the tenant, or wrap the tenant name in quotes.
