Blank screens

After installing the Central Plugin for VSA, Sophos Security Solutions shows up in the navigation pane on the left however all of the sections beneath it show only blank screens.

In License Manager the application name is "Sophos Security Solutions" and application version is 1.0.0

We are using Kaseya VSA version 9.5.0.27 on premise.

  • Hi Colin, thank you for working with us through the Early adopter program of this plugin.  I am sorry you are having this issue.  We have released an update for this in v1.1 some weeks ago but did not require an update to the license file as we were able to handle the additional browser support on the server side.

     

    Could you please tell me a little more about your environment (on prem/hosted) as well as the browser you are using?  Lastly, if you are using on-prem.  Are you attempting to install directly on the Kaseya server or from your local desktop?
