Blank screens

After installing the Central Plugin for VSA, Sophos Security Solutions shows up in the navigation pane on the left however all of the sections beneath it show only blank screens.

In License Manager the application name is "Sophos Security Solutions" and application version is 1.0.0

We are using Kaseya VSA version 9.5.0.27 on premise.

  • No longer getting logged out. But, any screen under the Sophos area takes minutes to display. And when I go to the Deployment screen and click Next, it immediately has a spinner below the upload box that eventually says "Something went wrong. Please try again later". If I then choose my CSV files and tell it to upload, it goes through the same spinning and error message.

     

    We can do more diagnosis during the week.
