After installing the Central Plugin for VSA, Sophos Security Solutions shows up in the navigation pane on the left however all of the sections beneath it show only blank screens.
In License Manager the application name is "Sophos Security Solutions" and application version is 1.0.0
We are using Kaseya VSA version 9.5.0.27 on premise.
I am getting a blank screen for the Overview page, but actually get logged out if I try any of the other pages. I am running .26 and will be updating to .27 this weekend, so a restart may clear things up.

Can't get to the setting screen as trying to access the Sophos menu logs me out. I'll know more over the weekend after the update.
No longer getting logged out. But, any screen under the Sophos area takes minutes to display. And when I go to the Deployment screen and click Next, it immediately has a spinner below the upload box that eventually says "Something went wrong. Please try again later". If I then choose my CSV files and tell it to upload, it goes through the same spinning and error message.
We can do more diagnosis during the week.
Hi Joe, thanks for feeding back. It seems we're getting closer, but still have a few hurdles to overcome. Can you confirm the browser you are using?
I normally use Firefox. I just switched to Chrome and it works better. Still getting errors trying to upload the CSV, but I know that since we have commas in company names, the CSV isn't well formed. I'll go hand edit to fix that and see if that fixes things.
Fixing the CSV now causes it to take much longer to fail with the "Something went wrong" error. Neither Mac nor Windows CSV will upload. I tried stripping the Windows down to a single tenant and still no luck. I am seeing some content in Endpoints and Tenants, so the API seems to be working. And now that I have the API setup, Firefox seems to be working.
Even though the upload page is giving errors, the audit log shows that is successfully stored the CSV file. But I can't get past step 2 up the deployment screen. The help indicates that a 'Skip' option should be available if CSV has already been uploaded. I also uploaded the mac zip file, just in case that was causing the confusion, but it didn't help.
Hi Joe, would you be able to email me an example of the .CSV file you are using to elias.collins@sophos.com? We can test from our side and see if it's an issue with the .CSV or other.

I was just wondering if a new version had been released on May 18? We are having the same blank screen issue. The download link seems to download V 1.0.0 and has a date of 20200423. If this has been addressed somewhere else I apologize.

Hi Colin, thank you for working with us through the Early adopter program of this plugin. I am sorry you are having this issue. We have released an update for this in v1.1 some weeks ago but did not require an update to the license file as we were able to handle the additional browser support on the server side.
Could you please tell me a little more about your environment (on prem/hosted) as well as the browser you are using? Lastly, if you are using on-prem. Are you attempting to install directly on the Kaseya server or from your local desktop?
